Return Policy for Online Retail Orders:
We aim for 100% Satisfaction. We are at the beginning stages of our company so if something does not go right please be patient and let us know. You can email the owner, Tom, at tom@ecowaybrands.com.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase you can return your order for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of your purchase date. Please note that in the case of a return, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund ($7). Products must be in the condition in which you received them.
We provide FREE exchanges. Please email sales@ecowaybrands.com and we will send you a shipping label for your exchange.
